Return and Refund Policy

Information Technology Strategies, Inc. (IT-Strat) provides professional IT services (consulting, development, cybersecurity, etc.). All services are provided on a contractual basis.

Due to the nature of our services:

• We do not offer refunds after the service has been delivered or after project milestones have been accepted by the client.
• Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and only considered in situations where we were unable to deliver the agreed scope of work.
• All refunds are subject to prior written approval by IT-Strat management.
