Terms of Service

By engaging Information Technology Strategies, Inc. (IT-Strat), you agree to the following terms:

• Services are provided according to the signed Statement of Work (SOW) or contract.
• Client is responsible for providing timely feedback and required access/information.
• All intellectual property developed under the contract will be defined in the project agreement.
• IT-Strat is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
• Governing law: Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.

Full contract terms will be provided in the project agreement.
